Finishing Services
High-quality surface finishing services improve your part’s aesthetics and functions regardless of the manufacturing process used. Deliver quality metal, composites, and plastic finishing services so you can bring the prototype or part you dream of to life.
Surface treatments can be used for both functional and aesthetic purposes. Various surface treatments can be combined in different ways to achieve improved functionality or decorative goals.
The standard finish for our parts, the “as machined” finish, has a surface roughness of 3.2 μm (126 μin), which removes sharp edges and deburs parts cleanly.
As machined
Ranging from Ra 0.8~Ra0.1, polishing processes use an abrasive material to rub the part’s surface to make the shine more less shiny, depending on your requirements.
Due to the impact and cutting effect of the abrasive material on the surface of the workpiece, the properties of the workpiece surface — such as its roughness and uniformity — are altered and improved.
Provides a continuous, protective color finish on parts using evenly applied, heat-cured paint. Thickness is usually .006”-.012” and conforms to ASTM D7803 and various MIL and FDE specifications. Various colors and sheens can be chosen.
Black oxide is a type of conversion coating for ferrous materials, such as steel and stainless steel, which blackens the top layer of the material. It can be used to reduce reflection and glare, as well as provide some additional corrosion resistance without affecting part dimensions.
Electroless nickel plating provides a uniform nickel coating, which offers protection from corrosion, oxidation, and wear on irregular surfaces. The finished part will appear brighter.
Brushing is a surface treatment process in which abrasive belts are used to draw traces on the surface of a material, usually for aesthetic purposes. The thickness of the abrasive belts (usually between \#80-120) affects the finish.
Chromate conversion coating, known as Alodine, is a chemical coating that passivates and protects aluminum from corrosion. It is also used as a base layer before priming and painting parts.
Part surfacing finishing techniques can either be for functional or aesthetic purposes. Each technique has requirements, such as materials, color, texture, and price. Below are the specifications of the plastic finishing techniques rendered by us.

Bead Blasting
Bead blasting is the process of powerfully propelling, generally with high pressure, a stream of blast media against a surface to remove unwanted coating layers and surface impurities.

Anodizing
Keeping our parts in the long term, our anodizing process resists corrosion and wear. It’s also an ideal surface treatment for painting and priming, and it looks great too.

Electroplating
Electroplated coating preserves the surface of parts and resists rusts and other defects from causing decay by applying electric currents to reduce metal cations.

Powder Coating
Using corona discharge, we make the powder coating adsorbed to the part, creating a more wear-resistant layer with a typical thickness ranging from 50 μm up to 150 μm.

Clients from around the world have something to say:
Whether your feedback is positive or negative, we welcome it. Of course, positive feedback provides us with greater motivation.
The manufacturing speed in China has left a deep impression on me; it's incredibly fast and has truly amazed me. I initially had concerns about the quality, but after receiving several shipments, all my doubts have been completely dispelled. You will be our long-term partner moving forward.
We've been cooperating for 3 years, and to be honest, you've saved me a lot of costs. I've sourced from other countries, but your prices are truly advantageous. In terms of quality, I would say it's acceptable, considering our parts don't have very high requirements. I will continue to work with you.
I hope my feedback can be noted. I've placed orders for CNC parts 6 times, and 5 of those times went smoothly without any issues. However, on one occasion, I observed shipping damage with a noticeable dent. While I appreciate your prompt reshipment, I would kindly request that you consider using a more reliable shipping company in the future. Nevertheless, I intend to continue our collaboration.
I actually didn't intend to leave a review, but I'm quite curious. Why are your prices in China so low? And why is the speed much faster than what I experience locally? Do you not have Sundays? Do you not take breaks?
