Prototyping
Prototyping marks the early stage of industrial equipment component development. At this stage, you need to test your design, make necessary design changes if required, and select the appropriate materials for your industrial equipment components.
Prototyping
At Shared-Factory, we use your industrial equipment prototype design files and product requirements to create working prototypes for you. Based on your design needs, we will develop parts that have the same appearance and functionality as the final product. Our goal is to allow you to inspect and test these parts to ensure they meet your specifications.
Apply changes quickly and at a low cost to materials and designs
Prototypes with complex geometries are also detailed
The models created are identical to the final product
Make performance-based iteration quickly and efficiently, ensuring prototype functionality meets standard requirements.
EVT
At Shared-Factory, we produce functional prototypes, making it easier to identify and avoid risks in design. Although this process often requires several design iterations, it ensures the final prototype produced meets all functional and performance requirements.

Copper
Copper is renowned for its electrical and thermal conductivity, ranking second only to silver as an excellent conductor of electricity and heat. It exhibits excellent corrosion resistance, with commercially available copper typically having a purity exceeding 99%. The remaining 1% typically consists of impurities like oxygen, lead, or silver.
Primary Application Industries: Electricity, automotive, medical, and aerospace industries.
Aluminum is a lightweight metal with an excellent strength-to-weight ratio. It features high machinability and ductility, high thermal and electrical conductivity, low density, and natural corrosion resistance.
Titanium is a lightweight metal with various useful characteristics, ranging from corrosion resistance to strength retention at extreme temperatures. It’s important to note that even pure titanium contains a small amount (less than 1%) of iron and oxygen. Advanced alloys significantly enhance titanium’s overall strength.
Primary Application Industries: Medical, energy, automation, automotive, and aerospace.
Subtypes:Titanium (Grade 2),Titanium (Grade 5)
Steel
Steel is an iron alloy with a carbon content of around 1%. Small amounts of other alloying elements, such as molybdenum and chromium, can be added to enhance its performance. Steel is easily machinable and weldable, striking a good balance between cost and functionality.
Corrosion resistance is the primary distinction between stainless steel and regular steel, with all stainless steels containing at least 10.5% chromium. The addition of chromium makes these steels more corrosion-resistant. Different grades of this material contain various alloying elements that can further enhance corrosion resistance, heat treatment capabilities, and machining properties.
Primary Application Industries: Medical, automotive, aerospace, robotics, automation, and machinery.
Thermoplastic plastics exhibit excellent physical properties, can undergo plastic deformation, are easily processed and molded, have high strength and hardness, good heat resistance, corrosion resistance, and find widespread applications across various industries.
Primary Application Industries: Nearly every industry.
Post-processing of industrial equipment components
Providing high-quality surface treatments for your industrial equipment components to enhance functionality and aesthetics. Various surface treatments help improve the product's corrosion resistance and wear resistance.

Clients from around the world have something to say:
Whether your feedback is positive or negative, we welcome it. Of course, positive feedback provides us with greater motivation.
The manufacturing speed in China has left a deep impression on me; it's incredibly fast and has truly amazed me. I initially had concerns about the quality, but after receiving several shipments, all my doubts have been completely dispelled. You will be our long-term partner moving forward.
We've been cooperating for 3 years, and to be honest, you've saved me a lot of costs. I've sourced from other countries, but your prices are truly advantageous. In terms of quality, I would say it's acceptable, considering our parts don't have very high requirements. I will continue to work with you.
I hope my feedback can be noted. I've placed orders for CNC parts 6 times, and 5 of those times went smoothly without any issues. However, on one occasion, I observed shipping damage with a noticeable dent. While I appreciate your prompt reshipment, I would kindly request that you consider using a more reliable shipping company in the future. Nevertheless, I intend to continue our collaboration.
I actually didn't intend to leave a review, but I'm quite curious. Why are your prices in China so low? And why is the speed much faster than what I experience locally? Do you not have Sundays? Do you not take breaks?
